A Word A Week Photo Challenge: Violet

So I haven’t taken part in this challenge for a few weeks, I think the last word I did was Undulate.

Here is my entry for this week!

Aliciae Flower

This is one of my Sundew flowers, it’s from my Aliciae.

A Sundew is a type of carnivorous plant, it catches flies and other insects using a sticky nectar on its leaves, the nectar attracts the insects and when they land they get stuck to the leaf, the leaf will then slowly curl up around the insect and digest it.

Here is a link to some more info about Sundews if you are interested in finding out more!

Here is a link to the blog where you will find posts about the Photo Challenge, why not have a mooch and join in, it’s a lot of fun =D

Hope you enjoyed this post!

See you later.
